My company is new, but I've been in the flat fee listing service for over 25 years under different names. We manage Listing Documents with Dotloop. I am looking for: *Someone who can manage my brokerage about page information for each member MLS built in CRM and the CRM within the backend of the Placester platform, where I will be hosting my new site www.directlistingrealty.com. *Listing Management – Upload, update and maintain property listings across each MLS platform. *Periodic auditing of my websites to maintain compliance, accuracy, and that all links are operable, and formatted correctly. *Manage and schedule Social Media posts for my business pages Facebook, LinkedIn, and X. *Lead tracking with digital marketing via a tracking pixel code placed on my websites and in an email to monitor user behavior and actions. I would like to enable tracking conversions, analyze traffic, and build audiences for retargeting ads on platforms like Facebook (Meta), Google and possibly TikTok too. Good organic SEO should virtually eliminate the need for cold calling. I do not need: • Contract-to-close coordination, because clients are to send an Executed Contract to update listing to pending and send the Final Closing upon Closing at title company. • Preparing and reviewing contracts.
