All tools you already use for outreach—Meta ads, LinkedIn, email marketing, cold calling, WhatsApp, Viber—are welcome, as long as the lead data is logged and traceable. I provide project briefs, inventory sheets, price matrices, walkthrough videos, and regular updates from each developer so you can pitch with confidence. Acceptance criteria 1. A lead is considered qualified once full contact details and purchase intent (budget, timetable, preferred location) are verified. 2. Commissions are released immediately after the buyer settles the reservation fee and signs the Contract to Sell. 3. Status reports (weekly) must outline new leads, follow-up actions taken, and deals at negotiation stage.
