Every closed deal earns you up to a 16 % commission, released immediately after the client’s payment clears, so your income scales directly with your performance. Because this role centres on land transactions, I’m especially interested in freelancers who can point to solid, hands-on real-estate sales experience rather than generic retail or product backgrounds.
