I’ll be sending over prototype boards that plug into a Raspberry Pi. Your task is to put each unit through its paces, first on the bench and then as a fully-integrated stack with the Pi. I need clear evidence that the hardware is sound and that the firmware hooks behave as expected. Scope of work • Run functional, performance and compatibility tests on every board. • Validate data communication lines, check power-management behaviour under varying loads, and exercise the sensor-interface pins. • Write and deploy small test scripts on the Raspberry Pi to automate measurements, capture logs and flag anomalies. Basic GPIO, I²C/SPI, UART and power-rail observation will be part of the routine. • Document all findings: raw logs, annotated screenshots or scope traces where relevant, plus a concise summary of pass/fail items with suggested fixes. Deliverables 1. Test plan outlining procedures for unit-level and integrated scenarios. 2. All scripts and utilities created during the engagement. 3. Consolidated report with results, issues discovered and recommendations. Acceptance A job is considered complete when every board has a signed-off test report and the scripts reproduce the stated results on a fresh Raspberry Pi installation. A curious mindset and willingness to learn and iterate quickly will be highly valued throughout the project.
