Looking for R shinny Expert

So the problem I have and want to solve is that when I select rows of a datable I loose the selection when I select another criteria from inputs

Here on this image I selected two row (that appears in checkbox also on the left)

when I selected the species "setosa" I lost my selection and the checkbox on the left on the previously selected rows disappeared.

What I want to achieve is the following:

- Keep rows selected and checkbox of rows that have been selected have to appear on the left side. Even if they are not shown in the filtered table selected rows have to stay selected and appear on the left in checkbox.

- Rows can be unselected manually or by a button on the left only meaning that when a row is selected it has to stay selected and appear as a checkbox on the left side if no action button is pressed or the user click back on the selected row to unselect it

- And I want to add comments on your code
