Quick Book Integration with PHP & MYSQL

Job Description:

I have a script which is created to import/export to/from Quickbooks to/from Oscommerce. What I need is for the code to be changed to import/export into a different MYSQL database. Budget is very low for this project. I have a number of customers willing to purchase this so could offer a split of the revenue.
