teach me how to use multiple python environments on windows

I have installed anaconda and one python environment by env and one environment by virtualenv

I need to use all of them : anaconda and env and virtualenv setups

but can not use environments from env and virtualenv

do not suggest me to use only anaconda !

I need to use separately and independently all these setups : anaconda and env and virtualenv

issue is simple , if you know it will take for you 10 minutes to do

for example

command

jupyter notebook

gives error

ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'pysqlite2'

or another problem

problem is that windows is running python not from current folder but from winodws path for anaconda, even for explicit python path
