I'd like to make a centerline.
so, I need positions(latitude and longitude) at regular intervals.
Purpose of this research: There are frequent collision situations.
If I make the centerline, all ships have to navigate to the right(starboard) side.
so, the collision situation will be decreased.
I'd like to apply SVM (support vector machine) for binary classification.
There are straight and curve lines in the study area.

I'm using R2019a version Matlab version.
Keep in mind that some functions in Matlab, are not compatible.
example, 'svmtrain' function is removed on the new version. Use 'fitcsvm' instead.
I think the only coordinate column is important. Time, speed, course column is not important on this project.
I attached one code from another freelancer in the past. This code is applied to other study area data using SVM.
This code also introduced the average first, then SVM. As a result, the center line was obtained by binaries in red and green.
now undefined function 'svmtrain' in the code. It should be replaced other function.
This code is just for linear area.
But I need non-linear SVM for this project.
