Subprocess from Pyinstaller exe

I am looking to trigger multiple python scripts in separate processes from single script. The program works fine using subprocceses in Python. However, when I package it using Pyinstaller, it expects separate python installation for running subprocesses. I want that Pyinstaller uses its own interpreter for triggering subprocess so the users need not to install separate Python with installed modules.
