Script to generate pdf documents based on excel file

The goal of this script will be, based the an excel file, to generate PDF documents respecting a specific format. Every line of the excel file represents data from a single client. Our goal is to generate personalized letters according to his name, etc.
1) Input : Excel file containing containing 3 columns as following:
a. Column 1 : Name
b. Column 2 : Last Name
c. Column 3 : City
Logic: For each line of the excel file generate a PDF page. All PDF pages are in the same PDF Document.
We have 2 scripts, one generating the pdf for the all certificates and one generating the pdf for all letters. When certificate script is done we need just to extend the position_of_the_text input file to create the letter.
a. Certificate:
Set the font to : Normal font at the moment
Set the color to: Black colour at the moment
Set the size to: According to the [login to view URL] sent
Set the page to: A4, horizontal
Set the position of the text: According to the [login to view URL] sent ( Try to be close to the pdf sent). Format of the Position of the text is provided below more in detail
Position of the text - should be an input file(txt or excel) with the following format:
1. Name & Last Name, Line X, Position Y
2. “2020”, Line X, Position Y
Comments:
- Name & Last Name means that we are going to use only these fields from the excel file)
- Positions will help us find the exact spot we want the text to be in in case we have different printers etc.
- Position of the text file should be parametric in order to be extended and to be used for the Letter & Folder below.
- You need to try to estimate the original position of the pdf with just text that I will send you. We will be able to change the input file “Position of the text” according to our needs so don’t worry if it’s not perfect according to the pdf sent.
b. Letter

Set the position of the text: According to the [login to view URL] sent ( Try to be close to the pdf sent). Format of the Position of the text is provided below more in detail
Same as certificate but now we use as input different text:
Position of the text:
1. Name , Line X, Position Y
2. City , Line X, Position Y
3. Name , Line X, Position Y
4. Name , Line X, Position Y
5. Name , Line X, Position Y
