Reproduce a graph using Langevin equation and SDE in python or matlab

I want to reproduce a graph from a paper that use langevin equation. The code must be python(preferable) or matlab. i will provide the paper that describe everything. Looking for someone who already have experience in Langevin dynamics and stochastic differential equation. Also provide a short explanation of the work. Price can be set after discussion.
