Design a python based pre/post checks for Alcatel/Nokia 7750/7705 and Juniper routers. The program should be able to give a Menu that has prechecks, saves the prechecks in different names, according to the hostname, date and time, to uniquely identify different prechceks. once the prechecks are complete, implementation will be done and then post checks will be performed. The program should be able to compare the prechecks and post checks and give the results as PASS or FAIL, depending on if the checks are successful or failed, respectively.

Good day. This seems like a fun project that I would very much like to do. Please can you answer these questions for me in chat: (1) What is a "check". Is it a checkbox that must be checked by a maintenance engineer to say they completed a task, or a bash file that runs an executable test or some I/O operation that I would have to implement for you ? (2) Do you need a command line script or a GUI based application ? The answer to these questions may impact my delivery date, but probably will not impact my bid amount.
