I need a python programmer to build program for me. This python program will
• Open a spreadsheet
• Insert new empty cells between A2:M2
• Copy cells from A3 into A2
• Insert date into B2, C2, D2n *month day year*
• Go to a specific web address. (Web address given upon award of the contract)
• Acquire 4 numbers and return the values to the spreadsheet into cells F2, G2, H2 and M2
• Save and close the spreadsheet
