Prototype for Python/Website Scrapper - Automotive -- 2

Project: We will scrap 5 cr dealership websites in USA developed by a same designer/developer (call it a website style/structure) and hope it works for more sites if we feed from the same designer/developer.
In USA there are 50000 sites which use 80-100 website designer/developer so we need to start from one and go to as many.
This project is for foundation .. Build a prototype - scrap 5 - put them in DB and we will expand 5 to 500 and 5000 and all.
We want to run scrapper/spider once a day and collect daily data with a time stamp as long as they allow (we will check [login to view URL] and all).
However this project is (milestone 1) for $25 so I can select a proper bidder/ developer for long term. Don't bid if you can not work. We will not do main project yet which will have a different $1000-$1500 or so in budget (I have PRD too).
For this prototype/selection, my focus is to evaluate your coding skills, communication, ability to commit to a day and all. I want to use this milestone to filter out a web scrapper developer. I am ex-VP of Engineering so I am planning to check your code and output myself.
