Need a pinescript and python coder for a strategy with api connection to binance and backtesting

Hi
I want a coder that can code me the following on pinescript and python and teach me how to backtest it on python.
On python, I want it to study the charts of many pairs that I identify later and buy and sell through binance when the requirements are met on any pair for spot and long only. The volume to be used for each order will be based on how much liquidity is in the order book to not cause a certain amount of slippage that I identify myself if market buy, or option for using a fixed percent of my portfolio for the order.
The strategy to be used is the ut bot here. [login to view URL] with confirmations of multiple larger frames and extra filters
For example:
If a buy signal shows on the 30 sec frame, with confirmations as a buy signal on the 1 min frame, 3 min, 5 min, 15 min, 30 min, 1 hour, 2 hour frame, and 4 hour frame, then buy. confirmations for each timeframe should have two options, if buy signals appear before bar close or wait for bar close to consider the confirmation
If a sell signal appears on any of the above frames, then sell.

For each frame I want to be able to put different settings for when to buy and different settings in when to sell for the same frame. That is because I want a higher number for the sensitivity for when to buy and a lower number for the sensitivity.
For each frame I want to able to check on any or all of the following options:
If buy confirmed after bar closed then enter long,
If buy appears even before closed then enter long,
If buy confirmed after bar closed, then consider as a confirmation for a lower time frame to be able to enter long
If buy appears even before bar closed, then consider as a confirmation for a lower time frame to be able to enter long
If sell confirmed after bar closed then exit long
If sell appears even before bar closed then exit long
If sell confirmed after bar closed , then prevent lower time frames from being able to enter long
If sell, appears even before bar closed then prevent lower time frames from being able to enter long
I want to add ema adx and di and flat market filters
I want to be able to choose how many frames should provide confirmations. Up to 15 frames is needed.
I want an option for market or limit buy
An option for buy after pullback after confirmed buy signal appears, or buy at signal
An option for set limit order lower a certain percent after buy signal appears
To place trailing take profit automatically on binance using python and api, and if possible using pinescript
Option for exit at breakeven to become active after price reaches a certain percent
Stoploss and tp as percentages
Compounding of profits if possible
Option for multiple take profit
Option for raising stoploss to raise to tp 1 if tp2 is reached,
To raise to tp2 if tp3 is reached
To raise to breakeven if tp1 is reached
Option to not sell at tp1 but on any sell signal over it
