Need help deploying Python Django web app to Heroku

I need help debugging errors so that I can deploy my web app to Heroku. The project is a small eCommerce website that I built for learning Python, Django, JS, React, and Postgres. Website is working locally. Postgres is hosted on AWS RDS, and I can access that from my PG Admin. Static files are hosted on AWS S3, and is working correctly. My app is able to build on Heroku when I deploy, but I can't get it to render.
I do not want to post my source code on here, because my github repo for this app isn't secure. I was having issues getting the django environment variables to work. But, my app is based on this github repo:
