The project is about to create several modules on ODOO V13.
Those modules should help to manage an outplacement company.
The business model of my company is to propose employees profiles to potential customer.
The customers send Job vacancies/requests or post it thanks to website.
The request must stored (the name, the description, skills needed). When the submit button is clicked, the request is stored as an opportunity inside the CRM. After that in the backend, based on the skill, a manager can select the perferct employee based on the skills. The manager can select several employees for the request.
In order to do that we need to link the modules CRM & Employee together. On the opportunity, the manager can find the customer, the request and the employees proposed for the request.
The request can be posted from the website. The customer can have a look to all the request from the Odoo portail.
It would be great if the employee can update their profile from the website .
