Modify the Vehicle speed detection python code

I want to change the speed detection code which using 4 verticle virtual lines to calculate the time duration. It will get the average speed of crossing vehicles. I want to change that verticle virtual line into visible horizontal lines in the video frame to calculate vehicles moving up to down or vise versa. And change the code should be able to use the YOLOv3 object detection model to indicate moving vehicles name.
