Do you know about adaptive filters - implementation and use it for regulation?
So, we have corn Harvesting machine and the task is about the harvesting process.
It is about finding cleaning bin oscillation in a recorded binary file (.bin file) where there is machine noise etc.
This cleaning bin oscillates with approx 5Hz shaker noise also have a binary file.
What is needed, is to use adaptive filtering to detect this cleaning bin 5Hz start and end in the first-mentioned file, and return index from the file where cleaning bin starts and where it stops. This will indicate when Harvester is starting its harvesting.
Now it is running inside Spyder on Windows VPS(access will be provided)
The source has a readmicall that is needed.

The one to use for reading signal containing shaker is:

I have reference binary file with shaker noise to be detected using adaptive filtering. [login to view URL] contains signal with a shaker at approx 5 Hz to be detected
But using this function [login to view URL]( [login to view URL], 0)
gives you the raw signal where you need to find the beginning index and end index for every shaker there might be an entire recording.
Hence we should be able to run this adaptive filter toward a new raw binary file set and still decide where shaker is meaning the beginning and ending indexes for the shaker.

Any libs you install I need to know about in details and why they are installed (purpose)
Implementation should be run inside spyder as a part of a project on VPS.
You can use anaconda prompt to install libs that might be needed

Required output is index start/end for shaker in any binary file examined by adaptive filter using [login to view URL] as a reference.
Actually test 221, test 223 can also be used.

Here are 2 people are talking through Skype, one can hear himself speak with echo due to other part have to sensitive mic signal...The echo signal can be canceled out using echo cancelation hence adaptive filtering
You just wish to find the echo part, hence the shaker signal.
So kind of reverse.
