Facebook Auto Group Poster (preferably using Python emulating Android) -- 2

i need a fb auto group poster with the following features:
- it can not only post to my personal fb account's groups but also to my facebook business page's groups
- it can create bundles of groups, i mean i can assign several groups to a bundle of groups and then chose this bundle and assign a specific message to post to this group bundle only
- it ll run locally (not in the cloud)
- it has basic schedule/timer functions
- it can show which groups are "open" (posts dont need to get approved by admins) and which are "closed" (posts need to get approved by admins) and there is the option to leave selected groups
- it shall always rotate through my posts/messages (so the same post/message will never get posted twice in a row)
