Face Recognition Database Management System

Friends, Source code will be our property. 50% payment will be given after successful demo on 5 people atleast together with 98% perfect result on runtime. We want to develop a face recognition database of hospitals. We want that whenever any admission happens in any hospital, it should be done with complete information of the visitors including their photographs. There will be minimum 1000 hospitals in the beginning connected with single network. So that after entering their details in our database, whenever any user go to any other hospital in future then their complete details could be recognized just by face recognition. We need to create a face recognition database of 80000 users per day and monthly around 25 lakhs and year 3 crores users. What kind of hardware is required for that? We even want that if more visitors come then we could install parallel systems and upgrade the hardware according to visitors. Suppose after one month we collected the database of 15 Lakh users then after one month when any visitor comes then application will have to verify their details from the database of 15 lakh people on runtime, so we need very fast hardware for that. And database will be increasing on daily basis and every month we shud be able to upgrade our systems.
