DNF failed to work on my Fedora after I accidentally deleted python2 and python 3 from /usr/bin.

Previously I accidentally deleted python2 and python3 from /usr/bin. Then python2 and python3 I install manually from sources. But now dnf and yum fail to work as I believe it's related to my python case. This is urgent task. Please help me. My system don't have internet access and need to download if there's missing module manually which I don't confident how to
