Deploy App Flask on Windows Server VPS

I can run a Web App in Debug Mode. But i need to correctly and safely deploy it in a Cloud VPS running Windows Server and share it to web. The App is built in DASH ([login to view URL]), a framework that runs on Flask. The App here is as simple as possible, i just want to know how to host Flask apps with Windows machines. After that, i can deploy the main app by myself.
