Job Description:

Designation: Corporate Python Trainer

Experience: 4 to 8 years

Preferrable Location: Chennai or otherwise the last option can be Remote Location

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification/Corporate Trainer experience in Python and related technologies would be preferred First.

ARi (Automotive Robotics India) is looking for a PartTime / FullTime / Freelance python trainer who can spend at least 3 - 4 hours/Day to train our fresher trainee at our location / Remotely. ( Min. 03 hrs to Max. 04 hrs per Day) - Monday to Friday (During the day hours as per your availability).

The responsibilities include:

1. Deliver classroom & online training.

2. Deliver high quality Python training sessions Offline/online with clear agenda and that follows company methodology, and matches to the skills required by the corporate clients using an Online Training platform

3. Needs to train beginners and professionals on Python and other python-related technologies.

4. Design and develop course content and assessment for Trainee evaluation. Designing training programs based on the needs of the organizations.

5. Organize and lead training sessions, regularly coordinate with the Training Excellence Manager regarding all training activities, understand user requirements and provide technical solutions and process steps. Create training strategies, initiatives, and materials. Provide regular feedback to the Training Manager on training content.

6. Review Trainee programs, debug and clear doubts of Trainees in the most simplest manner. Observe and evaluate results of training programs. Determine overall effectiveness of programs and make improvements

7. Developing back-end components to improve responsiveness and overall performance. Integrating user-facing elements into applications, Test and debug programs. Improve functionality of existing systems. Implement security and data protection solutions. Assess and prioritize feature requests

The job requirements are:

1. Python Trainer, with at least 4 to 5 years of corporate teaching experience required, looking for a Freelance

2. Ability to communicate and explain well with the help of real life examples is a must

3. Fluency in English

4. Should have experience in giving training through online Platforms i.e Skype, Webinars, GoTo Meeting, Zoom, etc. or as per the organization meeting platform.

5. Corporate Trainer who is well versed with below topics and responsibilities.

a. Should have experetise in OOPS, Json, Jquery, JS, and working experience on python based web application.

b. Having expertise in coding skills in an Object Oriented programming language (Django with Rust Python web-framework preferred)

c. Good experience and well versed with databases like Postgres, SQL, MongoDB, Mysql

d. Expertise in Python Libraries, Middleware – Web Services Implementation – ORM (Object Relational Mapper) and REST based Web services implementation using Python

e. Experience in enterprise application, application logic, library architecture, AWS/Cloud, application performance, SAAS, AWS/cloud.

f. Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git, Mercurial or SVN and having knowledge on IoT, AI and machine learning (ML) based application using python.
