Compilate our Python Program for Windows OS with Certificate

Compilation our Python Program for Windows OS with Certificate. We need the exe file for our python script. We built a python software. We need someone to compile it from our computer in order to distribute it to users on Windows 10 Desktop Computer. As you may know, when we execute an exe made from Nuitka, PyInstaller, PyPy or other.... there is a warning message "Be careful. We don't know the developer... blablabla". We need to integrate a certificate. So we need someone with strong experience in compiling and distributing software made in python. You will have to search for the cheapest certificate and integrate it in the exe during compilation. All this stuff must be done from our environment as we will need your work and your advice in the future. We absolutely need to be able to recompile the code alone without you.
