Build a Python class to send / receive commands to a service via TCP/IP socket.

I need a class that will connect to a service via a TCP/IP socket. I defined an API of the functions and events the class must have and I have an example of the protocol between the client and the server.
I want a Python developer to build this class, I will provide a server to connect and do some tests. Description of the class is in the file attached.
I also need an example python script that will uses the class.
