I’m putting together an energising, live panel discussion that will spotlight accomplished women and leave fellow professionals motivated to aim higher in their careers. The format is strictly a moderated conversation followed by a brief audience chat, so I want every moment to feel fresh, authentic, and—above all—inspiring. Your role • Identify and secure three to four dynamic female leaders whose stories resonate with mid-career professionals. • Craft a concise discussion guide that steers the conversation toward practical take-aways and uplifting moments. • Coordinate all pre-event logistics: speaker briefs, run-of-show, and tech checks (Zoom or on-site AV). • Manage the flow on the day—introductions, timing, audience questions—so the session finishes on a high note. Acceptance criteria • Confirmed speaker list with bios and headshots. • Final discussion guide approved at least one week before the event. • Flawless 60-minute session delivered, recorded, and shared within 24 hours.
