Hi everybody, I am building a recruitment software. One of the features is related to calculating the affinity score between a candidate and a hiring manager and his team. The objective is that both the candidate and the hiring manager and team complete a test and it calculates an affinity score. A similar usage can be found with Harver ([login to view URL]) who are using the Hexaco test ([login to view URL]). So that the recruiter reviewing all applications can have a ranking of candidates by affinity score. The test is destined to HR usage, as a result, no information about gender/age/education/social class/sexual preferences should be used. This is purely destined to calculate if the candidate has the same "mentality" and set of "values" of the team he will potentially join. The test should be no more than 15/20 minutes long. The test needs to have scientific validity. The language is either English or French. I will require a freelancer preferably with previous experiences with these tasks. Thanks :)

If your platform for the recruitment is big we can into the api like truity .com provides the api to integrate the personality test into the websites and the application. Will need to look its work arounds if you are interested. I will look into the provided link too, If you are interested in data sciences and you want to write your own logic, we can work on that too, for that we will need the data and some of the research will be needed.
