Convert 517-Page PDF to Word in Indonesian Language

I have a 517 page PDF document that I need turned into a properly formatted text document. This is a dictionary of the SASAK language in Lombok, Indonesia. The list of words starts on page 36. We need someone with a good understanding of OCR to convert these 100% error free. We have already tested Claude, ChatGPT, & Gemini, and all fail miserably at this. I am attaching the section of this PDF file to this project. Please show that you are able to do this, and I will send the whole PDF to complete.
