I need a virtual assistant for a writing consultant company. The winning bidder will be responsible for placing bids on appropriate projects, recording all incoming projects and distributing projects to the team.
The winning bidder will also collect all invoices from writers and verify accuracy of information.
The person will also send files to the customers and prepare an excel sheet of all files received from writers.
This is a part time position. English must be good as clients correspondence impression is important. Please provide a bid for weekly work. I prefer a bidder from the US, East Coast time zone. (EST)
