Vacation Rental Property Manager Needed

We are a growing vacation rental agency looking for a highly organized and proactive Property Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. Key Responsibilities Monitor pricing and calendar availability to maximize occupancy and revenue Analyze market trends and recommend optimal nightly rates Provide revenue estimations and pricing strategies to property owners Coordinate daily operations with internal teams (check-ins, cleaning, maintenance, calendar blocking, etc.) Maintain clear and professional communication with property owners Gather and manage documentation for platform claims (Airbnb, Booking, etc.) Ideal Candidate Strong multitasking and organizational skills Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Project management mindset Excellent communication skills with clients/owners Problem-solver with a proactive, solution-oriented attitude Detail-oriented and reliable Requirements Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written) Full-time availability Flexible schedule (including weekends when required, with days off during the week) Nice to Have Previous experience in vacation rentals, hospitality, or property management Familiarity with platforms like Airbnb, [login to view URL], etc. Experience with dynamic pricing and revenue management What We Offer Long-term collaboration Dynamic and growing company Opportunity to grow within the business
