Your first mission is to study our preliminary scope, then translate it into a realistic resource plan and cost estimate that my executive team can take to the board. To help me choose the right partner, include examples of comparable work you have already delivered—case studies and concise project summaries are perfect. I am especially interested in engagements where you balanced Trade Finance business rules with the technical nuances of SWIFT MT/MX messages and cross-currency settlement.
