Looking for someone who is technical, knows programming, even though with just basic experience, a problem-solving guy. This guy has to be helping us in our talent building 2027 vision, starting now, right from April 2026 or May 2026. Our goal is to get 25,000 people apply to our training commutantship program, of which 250 people get shortlisted for a fully sponsored training worth ₹5 lakhs. Those 250 people learn from us; the learning is around a couple of multi-million dollar software, SAS platforms, and Anthropic Cloud. Yes, we are partners; we are global partners, implementation partners for a couple of SAS and for Cloud Anthropic. The 250 people learn from us in a one-year program, a free training, and then they get into a guaranteed paid apprenticeship or job, or after an apprenticeship, then the job. We are targeting 2027 [login to view URL] graduates and whoever has passed in 2025-2026; if they want to apply, they can still apply. We need one or more than one people, or a team, who does this positioning, branding, marketing, getting the applicants, getting them through the interview process, selection process, from planning to execution to results. The budget for this is 7 lakh rupees, which we will pay upon completion, a certain amount after completion of every 25 selected candidates. This entire program, from planning to making SOPs to getting it in rhythm, should be in one and a half months. The test execution starts by you; we optimize it so that in two to three months we make this concrete thing, and then in the next nine to ten months, every month you are getting us 25 people who finally are getting selected. Hence there is 7.5 lakh rupees INR. As a part of the qualifying criteria, your bid should start with this very sentence: "I have read this description fully, I understand it fully. I am happy to start and, in three months, make these things rolling. From then onwards, I will get 25 confirmed candidates, and I will withdraw ₹60,000 for getting 25 candidates selected every month into this program who finally get selected by us. I understand that I have to get maybe 250 or 500 people filtered out so that 25 every month get 100% Scholarship. I understand that if I grab a few thousand people, there might be 500 or 700 who will get shortlisted. If I chase them, maybe half of them will come for the selections, and then maybe 25 of them will be selected. I am ready to do that hard work. I will use social media, I will use Reddit, I will use LinkedIn, I will do organic and inorganic methods, and I will also use company-provided no-paid postings. Where this will come from?
