I am preparing a Complete Credit Monitoring Arrangement (CMA) report to secure a bank loan for a new solar-power plant. My financial projections for the next seven years are already modelled and audited, but the package is incomplete—technical project details and all supporting regulatory-compliance information still need to be gathered, validated, and woven into a bank-ready CMA workbook. Here is what I still require: • A concise, technically sound section outlining plant capacity, technology choice, site specifics, EPC timelines, and O&M assumptions—presented in the standard CMA formats. • Up-to-date regulatory and statutory clearances, policy references, and incentive schemes that directly affect project viability, inserted where lenders expect them. • Integration of the above into a single Excel/Word set that aligns with RBI CMA guidelines, cross-linked to my existing financial sheets so ratios and DSCR update automatically.
