I am looking for an experienced Chartered Engineer or Construction Project Manager based in London to act as the Client Representative for a residential construction project at 2 St Dunstans Avenue. The project includes: • Construction of a new build 3-storey house with basement • Extension to the existing house • Loft conversion The role is part-time and would involve weekly site visits (approximately two hours per visit). Responsibilities include: • Reviewing the structural drawings and calculations to ensure the design is efficient and not over-specified • Supervising structural works during construction • Monitoring architectural finishes and interior works • Overseeing MEP installations (electrical, plumbing, HVAC) • Ensuring works comply with Building Regulations and approved drawings • Coordinating between contractor, architect, and consultants • Providing short weekly progress reports The position will continue until project completion and handover. Preference will be given to professionals with extensive experience in London residential construction projects
