VA/Project Manager Required (AI Proficient)

VA / PROJECT MANAGER (Execution-First, AI-Savvy) — Immediate Start Please read carefully. This is not a basic VA role. I am looking for a sharp, proactive overseas VA / Project Manager who can execute tasks end-to-end without hand-holding. This role is for someone who figures things out independently, uses research and AI tools effectively, and reports back with clear outcomes and recommendations. Responsibilities You will assist with execution across multiple business projects, including: Setting up and optimizing business listings and online platforms Researching vendors, tools, and opportunities Organizing leads, CRM data, and workflows Running short execution sprints (2–4 hours per task) Delivering clear summaries of work completed and next-step recommendations This is outcome-driven work, not repetitive busywork. Initial Paid Test The first step is a paid 2-hour execution sprint. You will: Receive a defined task Execute it independently Submit a short report covering: What you completed What worked or did not work What you recommend doing next Strong performance will lead to ongoing weekly work.
