I possess both an Android and iPhone so I can test both versions of the app. I can work between 3 – 4 hours each day. I currently lead an Experience Design team of 5 at a top global financial institution where I work as a partner to all the bank’s channels including the Mobile App and Internet banking. I review, critique, craft, and reengineer user journeys for customers in such a way that bottlenecks are removed, and process is seamless. I generate insights and work hand in hand with UI/UX designers to improve experience on the channels. I also contribute to the product roadmap by conducting market research, identifying and deploying value driven features. This has resulted in an improvement in Customer Satisfaction (90% increase), Customer Retention Rate and Customer Effort Score (increase of 85%). I also currently manage the bank’s chatbot which is a financial assistant that helps with customers transactional and lifestyle needs.
