I have several commercial-building projects in the design phase that must be sealed by a Georgia-licensed professional civil/structural engineer as soon as possible. All architectural concepts are ready; what I now require is a qualified partner who can verify the structural scheme, optimise the framing, and certify the drawings so we can move into permitting without delay. Your scope will include: • Structural analysis & detailed design • End-to-end project management coordination with my architectural team and the MEP consultants • Formal review and GA stamp of the final plan set Expect to work with typical steel and concrete systems, meet current Georgia State Building Codes, and communicate design changes in a clear, timely manner. DWG and PDF files will be provided; you may work in the platform of your choice as long as the output is compatible with AutoCAD. Please reply with your PE number, a brief outline of similar stamped commercial projects in Georgia, and your earliest availability to begin. Fast responses are appreciated—submittal deadlines are approaching.
