Jira Workflow setup : Issue scheme and workflows

We are looking for someone with experience building workflows and scheme's for Jira, the person much have basic knowledge of marketing and set up Jira systems for this field. We are a digital marketing agency that focuses on building growth funnels, websites, content and brand identity. Some of these flows can be pretty different and complex.

For example:

Marketing funnel

Research current topic

Write content on topic

Build graphics for giveaway

Write content for the giveaway ad

Build landing page for the giveaway

Set up analytics

This can be different depends on the marketing funnel!
