Hourly-based OBM for a Podcast Editing Agency

We are looking for an experienced Online Business Manager (OBM) to help manage and scale our podcast editing agency operations. Responsibilities: - Oversee podcast production workflow and deadlines - Manage editors and contractors - Improve SOPs and internal systems - Track client onboarding and delivery - Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions - Provide weekly updates and performance reporting Requirements: - Experience in operations, OBM, or project management - Strong organizational and communication skills - Comfortable with tools like ClickUp, Asana, Google Drive, Slack - Able to work independently and take ownership Bonus: Experience in podcasting or creative agencies. This is an ongoing hourly role, 30+ hours per week.
