I need a hands-on manager who can step in and run the day-to-day flow of client-brought projects. Clients arrive with their own ideas and expectations; your job is to translate those into clear plans, line up the right writers, designers and developers, and keep everyone on pace. You’ll be wearing the “as a manager” hat: coordinating the team, mapping timelines, watching performance metrics and raising flags early if anything drifts off track. I’ll keep bringing the clients—your focus is ensuring every requirement they hand over is shaped into milestones the team can actually hit. Deliverables I expect: • A project plan for each new client engagement (scope, timeline, owners) • Weekly status summaries highlighting progress, risks and next steps • A simple dashboard or report that tracks performance indicators we agree on If you’ve steered multidisciplinary teams before and you’re comfortable juggling several active projects at once, let’s talk.
