Workflow & Timeframe Expectations: - Day 1 will be research and outreach heavy. Subsequent days over a ~30-day window will require lighter, ongoing effort (checking emails, following up, organizing incoming replies, and updating the spreadsheet). - Medical institutions often take days to respond, so patience and persistent follow-up are key. - You will be starting fresh with your own verified research list.
