I require a concise Bill of Quantities that covers the groundwork, formwork and concrete work for a handful of footings and their associated excavation. All measurement must follow the ANZSS rules and the take-off has to be completed directly in CostX. Scope The drawings are ready and the package is small, limited to excavation, footing concrete, reinforcement, formwork and any incidental items that ANZSS requires to be shown. No other trades are involved. If you are comfortable working in CostX under ANZSS and can meet the two-day window, this should be a straightforward assignment.
