I am running a conference in Shanghai next year - gestalt2027shanghai is the site, and need a specialist who can apply for continuing-education approval from NASW, ASWB, and NBCC, etc. The event already has its core documentation in place—full agenda, speaker CVs, and clearly written learning objectives—and I’d like these materials shaped into board-ready application packets, then submitted and tracked through to a final decision. You’ll be responsible for • Reviewing the existing agenda, CVs, and objectives and aligning them with each board’s CEU criteria • Completing all application forms and supporting worksheets • Flagging and filling any content gaps the boards typically question, such as measurable outcomes, timed breaks, or disclosure language • Coordinating with the boards if clarifications or revisions are requested, keeping me updated on status until approval letters are issued Acceptance criteria 1. Each board receives a compliant, error-free application package. 2. Any follow-up queries are answered within the boards’ stated timelines. 3. Final documentation includes proof of approval or detailed feedback if a board declines. Familiarity with CEU standards, especially for mental-health events, will make this process far smoother.
