Busco apoyo técnico para llevar de la idea al laboratorio una emulsión botánica de bio-protección a base de aceites esenciales de citronela, lemongrass y eucalipto. Mi prioridad es el desarrollo completo de la emulsión y, dentro de ello, lograr una transparencia absoluta en una solución micelar 100 % estable. El reto incluye: • Formulación y optimización de la emulsión para que sea translúcida, sin fase separada ni turbidez. • Pruebas de estabilidad microbiológica que demuestren al menos 30 días de vida útil en bidones de 30 L. • Asegurar que la emulsión no obstruya boquillas de ultra-precisión durante la aplicación. • Evaluación de compatibilidad con sellos y componentes de mi equipo existente (juntas, mangueras, bombas). Cuento con flexibilidad de tiempo, así que podemos dedicar las rondas necesarias de ajustes y validación. Entrego acceso a fichas técnicas de las materias primas y al equipo de pruebas. Espero de tu parte: 1. Protocolo de desarrollo con hitos claros. 2. Reportes de pruebas (viscosidad, tamaño de micela, carga microbiana, compatibilidad de materiales). 3. Recomendaciones finales de escalado y control de calidad.
