Senior Product Designer (New Software Platform)

Job Description:
As an Asia-Pacific Company with recruitment service and software engineering, we are seeking a talented and experienced software product designer to work on an exciting new project with Glints. We are a Singapore-based recruitment company providing Recruitment and Managed Talent Services, and we are looking to build a self-serve software platform to support this service.
The platform will have several major features, including manpower administration, pricing, invoicing, reporting, and communication. The product designer will be responsible for leading the product discovery and prototyping, collecting feedback from stakeholders, and working closely with our software engineers to refine and develop the product.
The ideal candidate will have experience in product design and a track record of designing successful software platforms from 0 to 1. They should also have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Conducting user research to understand customer needs and pain points
- Developing user personas and user journey maps
- Creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design concepts
- Collecting feedback from stakeholders and users to refine and iterate on designs
- Collaborating closely with software engineers to ensure designs are implemented effectively
- Conducting usability testing and analyzing user feedback to improve the platform's usability and user experience.
