Designing a series of small to large battery units that will need very robust enclosures for harsh conditions. For example, lithium batteries encased by a cold rolled steel ( or other methods based on recommendations ) , powder/enamel coated, and thick shock absorbing rubber corners on them.
I would like to consult with someone who has experience dealing with these kinds of manufacturing techniques to get some advice, and maybe learn a thing or two about how to navigate this space and it's assorted costs. Hopefully I can develop a working relationship with a designer that I can move forward with.
I'm developing the battery tech, and need someone who can help with the sourcing of the enclosure systems, and just need some consultation to start with so I can incorporate this information into the design.
