The hardest part of this job is figuring out the real availability of specific automotive electronic spare parts, because the market shifts so fast. I would approach this by first doing a deep dive into what specific parts are needed, then I would use my Electronics knowledge to understand their technical specs and potential failure points. After that, I would build out a detailed market price research plan using online databases and direct outreach to known suppliers in the APAC region. I would also create a structured comparison template for all suppliers, rating them on price, lead time, minimum order quantity, and payment terms, so that the actual negotiation phase is as informed as possible. I would build the supplier comparison template first. That order works because it standardizes all incoming data before I even start talking to anyone. I will own the technical evaluation of those spare parts. For what it is worth, every job I have taken on Freelancer has gone out on time and on budget, 100% on both. My one question is about travel: will travel be to a single country or multiple for a single procurement cycle?
