I need a graphic designer who can take an event program from rough content to a polished, print-ready booklet. The format is a classic multi-page brochure, not a simple bi- or tri-fold, so thoughtful pagination, strong visual hierarchy, and consistent styling matter. All copy, logos, and basic brand colours are ready; what’s missing is the engaging layout: front and back covers that set the tone, clear section dividers for the schedule, speaker bios laid out attractively, and space for sponsor ads without cluttering the flow. I’m expecting a contemporary look—clean typography, smart use of white space, and imagery that feels cohesive with our event theme. Please work in Adobe InDesign (or equivalent professional layout software) so I can receive both an editable file and a high-resolution PDF with bleed and crop marks suitable for commercial printing. If you handle prepress checks, note that in your proposal.
