Development of a custom module for Prestashop (based on existing functionality)

Job Description:
Our company has been active in the field of solar photovoltaics connected to the network for 14 years.
We are currently working on a new version of our website using Prestashop 1.7 (hoping to upgrade to prestashop 8 soon).
We need a custom module that integrates a functionality we have in our current version.
We want to be able to create packs of products that are customisable for our customers.
As far as skills are concerned, prestashop is a must obviously and it would be great to find somebody who would be able to make that module work with the rest of our environment (Dolibarr and Laravel applications).
As for the timeframe, I would say as soon as possible because that is a major functionality that we really need
